Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation / No Show Policy
Late Cancellations
New Clients:
If less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellations/rescheduling, you will forfeit HALF of your deposit. The other half will be applied to your next appointment.
For instance: You have a Full Set scheduled for tomorrow at 10am. It's now 5pm when you cancel/reschedule. You will forfeit $40 (half of your $80 deposit). The other half of $40 will be applied to your rescheduled service. You would pay the remaining balance of $140 at the time of your service.
Existing Clients:
If less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellations/rescheduling, your credit card on file will be charged a fee equal to 25% of your appointment price.
For instance: You have a $90 Touch Up scheduled for tomorrow at 10am. It's now 5pm when you cancel/reschedule. You will be charged a 25% fee of $22.50.
No Shows
New Clients:
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
You will have to pay a new deposit in full before rebooking.
Repeated No Show-ers may be required to prepay 100% deposits for future appointments.
Existing Clients:
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of your appointment price.
For instance: You you do not show up to your $90 Touch Up appointment. You will be charged a 50% fee of $45.
Late Arrival
New Clients:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please reach out to your artist to see if your appointment can still be accommodated.
If you need to reschedule, you will forfeit HALF of your deposit.
For instance: You're 20min late for your $110 touch up and now you must reschedule. You will forfeit $32.50 (half of your $65 deposit). The other half of $32.50 will be applied to your rescheduled service. You would pay the remaining balance of $77.50 at the time of your service.

Service Deposit Policy
Deposit Required for New Clients
A 50% deposit is required AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. This deposit is 100% refundable up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you must reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, ONLY HALF of your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. You will forfeit the other half.
No shows forfeit 100% of their deposit.
Subsequent appointments require a card on file, only to be charged in accordance with the Late Cancellation / No Show Policy.
Refunds / Returns Policy
Refunds on Services
Under no circumstance will a refund be considered for services performed.
If you are unhappy, please contact your lash artist within 3 days of your service to schedule a complimentary correction.
Refunds on Product Returns
Unused/sealed products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
No refunds will be given for opened/used products.
Why Aren't Natural Styles Cheaper?
